q. how will the top 3 families be selected?

A. The National Geographic Channel and Nissan will judge all entrants who have submitted a video/photo entry. With the judging against the category of ‘Active Family’, all entries will be judged based on the person or group of people who NGC and Nissan determine to be the best ‘Nat Geo Family Adventurer’. Three (3) Game of Skill Winners will be determined by the judges.

q. can I enter without a valid driver's licence?

A. All entries must be over the age of 18 years and hold a valid full driver’s license.

q. If I win can I choose the colour of my X-trail?

A. Yes, subject to vehicle availability you can choose the colour of your X-TRAIL. Visit www.nissan.com.au/xtrail to view the extensive colour range.

q. Why does my video/image get rejected?

A. We can only accept these files; please check to make sure your video or photo is one these:
.jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .wmv, .avi, .mov, .dv, .mpg, .mpeg, .mp4, .m4v, .m2v, .3gp, .3gpp.

Please also ensure your file size is 10mb or less. Unfortunately, if your file is larger than this, it will not be accepted. Please note that you will not be able to upload using an iOS device.

q. When do entries close and when will the top 3 families be announced?

A. Entries close at 23:59 (AEDT) on Saturday 31st December 2011 and we will announce the top 3 families on Wednesday 11th January 2012.
