Apollo 13 is on its way to the moon in 1970 with three astronauts aboard, for the most challenging of lunar missions yet. As Jack Swigert performs the regular housekeeping chore of stirring the oxygen tanks, he unwittingly triggers a catastrophic explosion. How will Mission Control get the ill-fated Apollo 13 home?
