Australia's Northern Territory wetlands are home to one of the largest crocs on earth, saltwater crocodiles. From November to March, these crocs lay their eggs. Matt Wright and his mates have just three months to collect 20,000 crocodile eggs. It's a job that gives value to the crocs so that locals don't want to kill or cull them. Using commando-like precision, Matt and his egg collecting team - Mick "the Professor" Burns, Craig Moore, and his trusty pilot, Mick Burbidge, will descend onto the most dangerous of all places in croc territory - the mother croc's nest.
looks like an awesome show!
show looks good and so does matt!!!! what a hot dude!!
Why can't I view outback wrangler in New Zealand?
You are gorgeous Matt!!
love the show but comments that are made about Jeff do not seem right
considering he was in "Keeping up with the Joneses" he is not as naive as being betrayed, never been on a horse or do not know that he has to shut thie gate, really do you not think that the viewers of this type of show would not remember him.
that show is mad
your show is mad ass
Great stuff guys bravo bravo, in response to Jules, jeff is obviously a very very slow learner and should stick to the city if he still can't get it right this far into his wild adventure, ease up, the show is great, good stuff out back wrangler
You guys are f****** insane!!!!!!!! I have seen some crazy *** but what you guys do is nuttier than riding bulls, lion taming,or getting into a box filled with rattlesnakes!!I love it!
Love the show! Would love to spend a week living their life. Sure beats stay-at-home mum levels of excitement!!! Outback Wrangler rocks ; )
I hated the episode "Wild Horse Bust" I understand that you are trying to save these beautiful creatures but the way to so call "Break" them is disgusting!!! Leave the poor horse its dignity..Why don't you learn Natural Horsemanship?? Build a bond, relationship and trust with the horse first and you get the horse to "WANT" to do what you ask. You should check out Pat & Linda Parelli for some advice..Also you need to feed your horses more. Everyone I saw was some what thin and lacked muscle tone. I'll NEVER watch this show again!! Oh and you're not Steve Irwin either and he can never be replaced.
*** off mate that many horse no time, better than being shot i love what they do and thats what i am working towards coming. they use horseman ship but they dont have all bloody day. oh and them thin lacked muscles horses are working horses healthy as but to do what they do thats what they need to be FIT!!! oh and if you was taliking about the brumbys they dont get feed and shoed and wormed they gots to make it on their own if you dont like the bloody show keep it to your self. the bush is hard county its not for pussies
I disagree, the methods he used were gentle and he didn't hurt the horses. I have read and witnessed natural horsemanship trainers use these methods. It is a way of setting yourself at the top of the pecking order and showing the horse that it can trust you and you are not going to harm it.
THANK YOU MIKE
So they should have shot them? You su**
if Matts horses so weak and poor in condition how come they could keep up with the brumbys with riders on their backs.
There is a difference in breaking and training. What you're doing is breaking the spirit or the horse....not training it!
Diana. You are stupid
couldnt agree more mate
Is there going to be anymore episode then just the 4??
Love the show Matt is awsome
this show is great!!!!!!!!!!!!!and i don't think matt is trying to take steve irwins spotlight away steve will always be remembered for who he was, matt will be remembered for who he is and what he is doing to save the wildlife bravo to him,
to right mate he dont like being called the next steve irwin he does what he does and steve did what he did totally different. they arnt the only people that catch crocs my dad did it he even worked with steve once that dont make him the next steve irwin robin tunks your to right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh and awesome show love to work with matt one day
Great show would love to see more and what Matt is doing to save the wild lift is the best... Keep up the good work!
Matt, love your show and your gorgeous eyes.
Thank you for such an outstanding program. Both thrilling as well as much admired not to mention educational. Peter pm635123@gmail.com
I find this show repulsive. I watched the inhumane approach to "catching" Buffalo to "relocate them" or should we say, prepare them for SLAUGHTER, as this latest approach to save the ECO system has to make you wonder, are we really this desperate? Really this is ethically unacceptable and on Nat Geo WIld? This has to be the most disturbing way to gain ratings on this network. I also would like to say Matt and his mates are profoundly unprofessional in there approach to humanity. I think they are publicity WHORES!
Erin, please yo need to relax, there are different ways of helping nature. Do to the over crowding of the human race, there are certain means and ways to help these precious animals survive. Not always pretty, but much needed help to insure these animals are here for our children to enjoy. Matt has gone to extremes in his inventions to insure non of tese animalsare hurt in any way! this is truelly conservation and if you can not see that, then go vist somolia, syria or fe others that could be mentioned and see how the human race is being treated. Or we could just erradicate a few of your kind and make room for more of our precious animals to live more freely... Your choice........
Them water buffalo are not native to the area and they are destroying the native species. So, yes it is helping save the ECO system. What is ethically unacceptable is sitting around and not doing anything to help control the situation.
*** off what the hell do you know. like to see you out there doing that. the buffalo are a pain in the *** i should know i was born and raised in the N.T and they distroy loads of wetlands and what not and hey im sure they would rather get bashed around a bit to be relocated otherwise they would be shot. but no worries mate gotta have your own oppinion but dont be rude about it (PUBLICITY WHORES)
You are extremely naive. Long haired hippy ***!
Go and kiss a toad, buffalos where introduced into australia as well as toads do they need saving as well.
I HATE THIS SHOW!!!! Is it really necessary to take captive 20,000 croc eggs? What is this show? What does it even stand for? I cannot believe this is on Nat Geo wild! I watch this channel, and only this channel, and now i guess i am just going to have to find another channel to watch till this show is not on air. This is just wrong! And, if i could rate these commets, I would that girl Erin 5 stars! You rock! And I would give Ruth Bolin 0 stars, because these are the kind of things that get ratings...just because an attractive man is the star!!!!!
Tell us what kind of work are you doing to help the animal species, just give me a few..... Your arm chair hate is piontless, get out and do something to help our planet be a better place for all. Or just stay in your drama and hide your head in the sand or GET OUT AND MAKE A CHANGE in what you don't like, stop sniveling and get off the coach.....
You pay all that money just to watch Nat Geo Wild?? Like RotorHead said, get out there and do your part for the environment. I loved Steve Irwin and what he has done for animal conservation. I think Matt could definitely follow in his footsteps...
good you find another bloody channel Nat Geo wild wont miss ya. and IF i could give ratings rotorhead, mike and anyother bloody person that thinks or knows this is the best think to do 1000 stars....cause i can
Grow up and get a life. Go outback and learn about it first hand. Don't expect to just stand there and have the feral animals walk up to you for a gentle pat on the head. These beasts are wild would kill you as quick as look at you. Sometimes you have to cruel to be kind but this is not the case in the show. There are certain ways of handling wild animals which are entirely different that domestic animals. If you still want to try it, GO FOR IT.
Matt I would love to come work for you, I'll start in the trench's, shovel ***, move gates, I'm strong as an Ox, would love the chance to work with you and your crew. Give me a shot you will not be dissapointed! Hardest working man California, Helicopterpilot@ca.rr.com Christopher Roath
hang on mate i dibs working for him first....naaaaa just jokes good on ya......good to see that theres still people out there that arnt afraid of hard work :-)
I fly out in a minute just to show you what I;m made of, if your not satisfied I'm on the next flight! Cheers Chris.
Matty! Tommo says gday, we are down in WA mate, give us a call. Carrie n Tommo xx
Matt has got to be the most handsom, sexy man on earth!!! I will never get tired of watching him.
Negative comments = negative people. Why make the effort to go on web page for a show you don't even like! Perhaps place your energy into something PoSiTiVe! I am young lady from the S.Coast and this show is the best bloody show I have watched in a long time - I am addicted! This style of life is only something a few are fortunate enough to experience! I can only imagine what an experience it would be.......Excellent job Nat Geo and Gent's on the program! p.s NASHI (dog) is a beautiful animal and great to see she is treated so well!

Just saw the last 15 minutes of and episode and now hanging out for more :)
Sick of watching re-runs. Best of luck Matt and the men you work with. Bring us many more episodies, You guys are true Assies.
It is wonderful to see a real Australian man on TV for once. Matt is a beautiful mix of toughness, intelligence, kindness and super red hot sexy. I live on a cattle station in the NT and I find the show refreshingly authentic. Matt's kindness and care of the animals is a stand out for me and a fantastic example to kids of how a man behaves. Great show. You can put your swag beside mine anytime Matt.
